A Man Kissed Me

A woman complained to a judge:

إن هذا الرجل قبلني، فقال لها: إن الله يقول النفس بالنفس والعين بالعين والأنف بالأنف والأذن بالأذن والسن بالسن والجروح قصاص، فإن قبلك فقبليه أنت كذلك

She said: “A man kissed me!”
The judge said: “God prescribed equal retribution: “a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth – similar retribution for wounds!” [Qur’an 5:45].
As he kissed you, you also go ahead and kiss him.”

😂🤦🏼‍♂️

Note: This is obviously not the Islamic ruling (الحكم الشرعي), … this is just said like this in books of Adab and poetry. Something similar is mentioned in a poem by Qadhy Abdul-Wahab al-Maliki: https://salafstories.wordpress.com/2011/05/04/poem-she-was-asleep-i-kissed-her-she-awoke/
