What is true beauty? – الجمال الحقيقي

It is said:

في الحياة ، إبحث عن قلب جميل ، ولكن لا تبحث عن وجه جميل .
الأشياء الجميلة ليست بالضرورة جيدة ، ولكن الأشياء الجيدة هي دائما جميلة

“IN LIFE, SEARCH FOR A BEAUTIFUL HEART,
NOT A BEAUTIFUL FACE.
BEAUTIFUL THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS GOOD,
BUT GOOD THINGS ARE ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL.”

Not everything that shines is gold.

There are many good looking people, but their character makes them ugly.

Focus on acquiring true beauty, which is having a good character.

That’s why the Prophet used to make this Du’a:

اللهُمَّ أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي ، فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِي
“O my Lord, You have beautified my body, so do beautify my character.”

[‘Sahih al-Jami’, 1307].
