False Prophet

A Bedouin claimed to be a Prophet.
The armies arrested him and took him to the ruler.
The ruler asked: “Are you a Prophet?”
The Bedouin said: “Yes.”
The ruler asked: “Who were you sent to?”
The Bedouin said: “Did you give me a chance to get sent to anyone?! I came in the morning and got arrested in the evening.”
ادعى رجل من الاعراب النبوة في زمن المهدي العباسي
فاعتقله الجندي وساقوه الى المهدي فقال له: انت نبي؟
قال: نعم قال المهدي: الى من بعثت؟
قال الاعرابي أو تركتموني ابعث الى احد؟
بعثت في الصباح واعتقلتموني في المساء.
