Stones & Dogs

A Bedouin entered a land, and he was chased by some dogs.
He tried to pick up a stone, to throw it at the dogs, but he couldn’t pull it off the ground.
He angrily said: “What’s wrong with these people! They tie their stones and release their dogs!”

دخل أعرابي بلدة فلحقه كلابها
فأراد أن يرميها بحجر فلم يقدر على انتزاعه
فقال غاضباً : عجباً لأهل هذه البلدة يقيدون الحجارة ويطلقون الكلاب
