Mother

Mother – الام

Never raise your voice against your mother.

It is said:

“DO NOT TURN THE SHARPNESS OF YOUR TONGUE,
AGAINST THE ONE WHO TAUGHT YOU HOW TO SPEAK.”

That’s why its called “mother tongue” – she taught you.

It says in the Qur’an:

هَلْ جَزَاءُ الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَان
“IS THE REWARD FOR GOODNESS,
ANYTHING BUT GOODNESS?”
