Deceiving Looks

The Poet says:

حُسن النِّسَاء بلَا طُهر وَلَا أَدب،

كَالسُّم يُوضع فِي كَأسٍ مِن الذَّهب

‘𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿,

𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝗽.’

Not everything that shines is gold. Artificial flowers also look real but they are not real. It is the same with people: not everyone is as they seem. First appearances can be deceiving.

Always dig deeper, before you trust people.
