Camel & Donkey

It is said that a camel owner will apologise to the camel for any mistreatment.

The camel will say:

هر بدی از ناحیه تو به من رسیده می گذرم؛ مگر یکی از آنها را که هرگز نمی بخشم و آن اینکه گاهی تو افسار مرا به پالان الاغ می بستی
“I forgive every bad you have done to me, but I will never forgive you for the fact that you used to tie my rope to a donkey, so it could lead me…”

Meaning: don’t give leadership positions to incompetent people.
