Giving Tasks To Appropriate People

It was said:

‎خرج الحصان للحرث

𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲!

This applies in governance, at home and in offices.

All people have strengths and weaknesses. It’s the job of a leader know the strengths and weaknesses of his people, and allocate tasks accordingly.

Otherwise, the entire project will fail.

The responsibility for this failure will then lay with the leadership, not the people.
