Lions

A proverb:

د خپل کلي زمریان مه وژنی کنه د بل کلی ګیدړان به مو وخوري

“Don’t kill the lions of your village, otherwise even the jackals of other villages will eat you…”

Arabic version:

‏لا تقتلوا أسود بلادكم
فتأكلكم كلاب أعدائكم

In life, don’t break your defence walls, don’t burn bridges – otherwise you will become vulnerable and expose yourself to external dangers, which you will not be able to face on your own.
