Why Are Muslims Behind?

Let’s face it:

نستطيع إخراج الجن من الإنسان…
لكن لا نستطيع اخراج البترول من الأرض.
‘𝗔𝘀 𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮 𝗝𝗶𝗻𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆,
𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱.’

There is no point in bragging about our glorious past… those were other people and other times.

What have WE achieved?

Recognising the problem is the first step towards fixing it. Constructive and healthy criticism encourages growth and development. It should be encouraged.

This is not just Arabs – it’s all of us unfortunately…
