Ibn al-‘Arabi al-Maliki says in his Tafsir:

ومن أراد أن يعلم يقينا أن الحول والقوة لله فليركب البحر

“Whoever wants to be certain that all POWER and MIGHT belongs to God – he should sail the ocean.”

[“Ahkam al-Qur’an”, 3/242].

Then you will see POWERFUL WAVES LIKE MOUNTAINS (موج كالجبال), and you will see how INSIGNIFICANT, POWERLESS & WEAK humans actually are.

Then you will know the true meaning of : لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
