Ask God

A man wanted to go to a king, to beg for his needs.

He asked scholar to come with him, but the scholar said we should ask God, saying:

إني يا بُني لا أترك باباً مفتوحاً، وأذهب إلى باب مغلق
“My son, I won’t forsake a door that is open, for a door that is locked.”
