There is an Arabic proverb:
دراهم مراهم
‘𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗺, 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗺…’
[Dirham Marham]

Meaning: ‘Dirhams are like an ointment cream (cure)…’

Just like ointment creams cure wounds, so does money fix the shortcomings and problems of a person.

It is also said: ‘Money said:
Which part of you is bent,
so I can straighten it?’

Money is not a dirty word … it’s a powerful tool if it falls into the right hands.
