About women attending Masajid – المحلى بالآثار

Imam Ibn Hazm al-Andalusi says:

وقد اتفق جميع أهل الأرض أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يمنع النساء قط الصلاة معه في مسجده إلى أن مات عليه السلام ; ولا الخلفاء الراشدون بعده
“And all the people of the world agree that the Prophet did NOT ban women from praying with him in his mosque until he passed away, may peace be upon him.
And neither did the righteous successors (khulafa al-rashidoon) ban them after him.”
