Richness In Poverty

A poet says:

خرقه پوشو په خرقه کې دی موندلی
هغه حظ چه په دنیا یې دنیا دار کا
“The joy that the rich derive from their wealth,
mystics experience in their humble cloaks.”

Happiness is a state of mind… you may be sleeping on a bed of money, but if internally you’re unhappy, you will not enjoy any of it……that’s why even millionaires sometimes commit suicide.

Similarly, you may be sleeping on a rough floor, but if your mind is at rest – you will find happiness.

Seek your happiness within, don’t look for it outside…

And the best joy is the spiritual joy, following the authentic teachings of religion and God being pleased with you… some scholars called it: “Paradise on Earth.” [إنّ في الدّنيا لجنّة من لم يدخلها لم يدخل جنّة الآخرة].

Other Zuhaad said: “If the kings of the world knew the feelings we experience, they would have waged war on us to take it from us!”
