Heal The Wounds

‘Putting the hand on the wound, even if it hurts…’
وضع اليد على الجرح وان أوجع…

The coward preachers who shy away from the difficult issues and only talk about the ‘cute’ and ‘fluffy’ stuff – they are unfit to lead this nation.

This nation is bleeding:

We need reformers who ‘scratch where it itches’ ‘اخدش اينما يحاك’… not people who beat around the bush, evading difficult questions.

A doctor has to touch the wounds and apply the medicine on the wound, for it to heal. Yes – the patient will scream, yes – it will hurt, but that’s the only way to heal.

The truth uncomfortable and hurts, but we have to face it.

True reformers make difficult choices and do not fear a backslash. It is the only way to bring reform. It is a difficult path full of opposition… and a great reward from God.

There are preachers who are still stuck in 1000 year old outdated Byzantine era futile debates – while this nation is bleeding. Then there are coward preachers who are silent because they are scared of the ‘cancel culture’.

They should not get in the way of people who are trying to make a difference. If you cannot be part of the solution, at least do not be part of the problem.

Lead, or get out of the way …
