Don’t let them use you … know your worth.

When you go for a job interview – never undersell yourself. It’s the job of the employer to get the most out of their employees for the LEAST cost. When they say you’re worth less – do NOT agree with them. It’s just a TACTIC to hire you for LESS.

It’s YOUR responsibility to negotiate your actual worth.

Don’t be shy, you’re not asking for charity, you are providing a service.

You have a family to feed.
